Long Term Rental Home Management

We handle the complexities and or pain of long-term (annual) home rental. We collect and disburse the rent and pay small contractors on a monthly basis or as needed. We provide on-call emergency service. We maintain the escrow rent, security and pet fee. We issue the annual lease and vet new renters pending your final approval. We babysit contractors.
